Respond to incidents using traces
Whenever an alert is triggered, the on-call team can immediately answer the following questions:
- What is the overall impact?
- What in the application is not working as expected?
- Who are the users impacted?
- Which microservice is causing this?
- What particular bottleneck or error in the microservice is the culprit?
As a result, you can prioritize the response based on the impact a bottleneck or error has to your end users.
