Respond to incidents using traces

Whenever an alert is triggered, the on-call team can immediately answer the following questions:

  • What is the overall impact?
  • What in the application is not working as expected?
  • Who are the users impacted?
  • Which microservice is causing this?
  • What particular bottleneck or error in the microservice is the culprit?

As a result, you can prioritize the response based on the impact a bottleneck or error has to your end users.
