Why have you decided to move to threshold based pricing on API calls and Browser interactions?
Today many organisations are moving towards, or have adopted, more distributed and dynamically provisioned architectures. As a result, more and more applications are moving away from monoliths running on dedicated nodes. This means that traditional approaches to pricing monitoring solutions based on nodes can be a barrier to adoption. Pricing needs to be more flexible. Based on the pace of change and feedback from our customers we have taken the decision to move to a pricing model based on API calls and Browser interactions.

Can I automatically upgrade from the trial version to a paid subscription?
Yes. Once you have registered for a trial version you will be given the option at the end, or during the trial, to upgrade to a paid subscription

Can I upgrade from the standard edition to the professional edition?
Yes. You can upgrade from one edition to another.

Can I purchase a multi- year subscription via the website?
No. This option is not currently available but is planned for a subsequent release. If you require a multi year subscription you will need to contact our sales team who will be able to assist.

How can I get an accurate price for an Enterprise subscription?
Enterprise subscriptions are managed by our sales team and they can provide an accurate proposal based on your specific needs. Please contact sales via our website.

I want to buy a subscription but cannot provide a credit card?
If you want to buy a subscription but are unable to provide a credit card, please contact our sales teams who can provide an invoice for you based on a purchase order.

If I start on monthly subscription can I cancel this at any time?
A monthly subscription can be cancelled. If you cancel during a month, the subscription will expire at the end of the month in which you cancel. For example if you cancel on the 15th of the month, the subscription will end on the 30th. There will be no refund for any days not used after the cancellation date.

How much do I save if I buy an annual subscription?
If you buy an annual subscription for the standard or professional editions you will get 12 months for the cost of 10. Two months are provided free of charge.

I am an existing customer. Can I stay on my current contract terms?
We will give existing customers the opportunity to remain on their current contract terms should they feel that the new price model and editions are not suitable for their requirements. If they wish to keep their current terms they would be advised to contract over a 3 year period as this will provide the greatest price protection.

What happens when my trial runs out?
When your trial expires you have the option to move to a paid subscription. If you do not move to a paid subscription, the data captured about your applications will be deleted. Should you require longer than 14 days to evaluate the solution you will need to contact sales who can advise on the options available.

What methods of payment do you support?
We support payment by VISA, Mastercard or AmEx credit cards.
If you would prefer to pay by invoice, please contact our sales team. -
Can I sign up for automatic renewals?
Yes. By default, all subscriptions renew at the end of the monthly or yearly subscription term.
